• Proposed totals: 547 new homes and 929 renovations
• 547 new, 530 minor, 399 major renovations slated
• Munson Heights — all new homes proposed
• Allen Heights — a combination of new homes and minor renovations
• Bowden Terrace — a combination of new and major renovations
• Silver Wings — a new neighborhood comprised of 15 homes adjacent to the Silver Wings Golf Course

• January 2006 - Notice to Transition
• April 1, 2006 - Assume Housing Operations
• Late summer 2006 - Construction slated to begin
• April 2007 - First new home completed
• January 2008 - Site work began on the Allen Heights Neighborhood Center
• February 2008 - Site work began on Silver Wings, a Senior Grade Officer neighborhood with 15 planned homes off Hatch Road.
• June 30, 2008 - Silver Wings Street Dedication Ceremony for Crandall Court and Freeman Lane
• July 2008 - Silver Wings foundation work begins
• August 2008 - Allen Heights Neighborhood Center Foundation work begins
• January 2009 - First four Silver Wings homes slated for completion
• Summer 2009 - Allen Heights Neighborhood Center Grand Opening
• December 2009 - Silver Wings slated for completion
